BTC card continues to take shape

Fans of combat sports in Ontario can rejoice: mixed martial arts is back.

Over the past few months, Burlington Training Centre (BTC) has been rolling out their match announcements ahead of a return on June 23 in Burlington at the Central Arena.

The main event will be the always exciting Adam Assenza (8-4) taking on Shawn Wallace (7-1).

The rest of the card shapes up like this:

165 lb. catchweight: Scott Hudson (7-4-1) vs. Kyle Prepolec (10-5)
Middleweight: Aaron Jeffery (4-1) vs. Alex Beaule (2-1)
Strawweight: Lindsay Garbatt (5-3) vs. TBD
Bantamweight: Vladimir Kazbekov (4-2) vs. Tyler Wilson (3-1)
Featherweight: Patrick Connors (3-0) vs. Chris Humes-Mitchell (3-1)
Welterweight: Ergys Sigeta (1-0) vs. TBD
Featherweight: Serhiy Sidey (debut) vs. Avinash Chowtee (0-1)
Featherweight: Jason Hinds (1-0) vs. TBD
